If you can spare the 10 minutes it takes to watch this, please do. It does a really good job of getting the pro-Net neutrality point across.

It isn’t that Net neutrality proponents are automatically anti-big business. It’s that this —this thing you’re connected to, reading, watching, participating in—doesn’t belong to them.

The best outcome of all of this would be that people of future generations won’t know that there ever was a question of Net neutrality, because if the Net remains neutral, the dispute will be less than a footnote on the history of the information highway.

But if Net neutrality is cut off right now, the 60 percent of Internet content creators (i.e., the individuals, not the businesses) will bring down what’s left of the Net through and then create their own, non-government-regulated network—hopefully based in the middle of an ocean somewhere, just to stick it to the FCC.
