While reading the news this morning, I discovered this ad. First, Thomas Kinkade is doing Nascar paintings? Oh, how the not so mighty have fallen not very far!
Secondly, the disclaimer, which I shall reprint here for readability:

Oh. So that’s what a disclaimer does. Disclaims the claims being claimed. Right. So really, this is just a random picture of a Kinkade Nascar painting on a news site. Anything that picture is meant to be claiming—e.g., that Thomas Kinkade is a hack—would be refuted by the “Legal disclaimer copy” that is “to go here.” Pity they forgot to include it! All claims are final!
